Flexiride

The Low Maintenance All-in-One Riding Surface
Flexiride, as used by Lucinda Green, is the new all-in-one surface from Equestrian Direct. We believe it to be the most economical and versatile synthetic surface available on the market to date. Flexiride can be used on top of sand as a rubber alternative, to top up existing surfaces, or on its own - where it is most economical. Flexiride can be laid directly onto a simple drainage/stone layer, potentially giving huge savings on the materials and labour involved in groundwork, drainage and membrane installation. There is no need for a sand base, which can be a very costly part of an arena.
Flexiride is manufactured from industrial strength synthetic textile and polymer materials, carefully blended with cushioning foam, then processed to give a mixed material. This provides exceptional 'cushioning' qualities with a secure ride underfoot at an unbelievably low price.

Case Studies
Birmingham, 40 x 20m, Livery Yard / Riding School
"The Flexiride has addressed every issue that that is important to me in a surface for my yard. It has proved to be very popular with all of my liveries as it gives a cushioning ride, but still gives a stable ride underfoot and is secure even when jumping as well as having no dust."
Solihull, 40 x 20m, Livery / Eventing
"Since the Flexiride has gone down I hardly have to maintain the arena at all. To add to this, the drainage problems on one corner of the arena seem to be addressed. I feel that the Flexiride does absorb some of the water and helps with poorly draining arenas".
